Guest Reviews & Ratings
The hotel provided one of the best handicap rooms my wife and I have encountered. The room was very comfortable and spacious, equipped with a pull-out couch and a bent futon. It was clean and well-maintained, making our stay enjoyable. The service, overall, was excellent, from the concierge to everyone we encountered, including the knowledgeable cleaning staff. The location was very good and convenient, with nearby amenities and easy access to downtown attractions. The dining experience in their little restaurant was outstanding, adding value to our stay. However, there were some noisy disturbances on specific nights that affected our comfort. Despite this, the hotel offered great value for money considering the overall positive experience.
The hotel room was a great size but I found it to be under-furnished. It was just the right size for a short stay, though. The service was really friendly and helpful with all our needs and questions. The location was good, clean, and with a decent selection of food choices. The dining experience looked like a basic free breakfast but was the best I ever expected for a hotel.
The hotel was convenient for heading downtown quickly on Abercorn, with rooms that were a good size for a short stay. However, there were challenges with room readiness and finding reservations. The service was top-notch, offering a friendly and professional experience, though the dining options were average at best. The location was decent for specific outings but not as central as expected, with positive amenities nearby.
